The man was born in 1994, Evgeny Sergienko aka Seryi [Gray], has been eliminated in Donbas, eastern Ukraine. The photo of the terrorist was posted on Facebook by officer of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Anatoliy Shtefan. It is noted the man was born in 1994. He was killed near the Russian-occupied town of Horlivka, Donetsk region, on October 6. Other details of his death are unknown. One of the occupiers' media published only brief and mourning information of that killed terrorist.

Another member of the Russian-led forces, Denis Bykov, was killed in Donbas on September 30.

The militant was a native of the town of Zolote.

"LPR" postpones "elections" of its chief

The elections will not be held not to violate the Minsk agreements, a local resident said.

The so-called elections of the "Luhansk People's Republic" ("LPR") terrorist organization in temporarily occupied Donbas, which were originally scheduled for autumn this year, have been postponed.

"The elections will not be held not to violate the Minsk agreements," a local resident Sergey said, whose name was changed for security reasons, the Ukrainian news outlet LIGA.net reports. 

Another source added there were no pre-election billboards in the city.

 "There is nothing like that. They will do as they are told by Russia. Nothing depends on us here," he said. 

As UNIAN reported earlier, military columnist Yuriy Karin said the Kremlin would likely appoint someone more convenient for further negotiations with Ukraine instead of head of the "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") terrorist organization Alexander Zakharchenko in September. UNIAN note.

 Two self-proclaimed republics – the "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") and the "Luhansk People's Republic" ("LPR") – were created as a result of Russian occupation of Ukraine's east, Donbas, since spring 2014. The Minsk peace agreements on Donbas, brokered by France and Germany, were signed by representatives of Ukraine, Russia, the "DPR" and "LPR" in two stages – in September 2014 and in February 2015. They are designed to halt hostilities between the Ukrainian army and Russian-led forces in the east of Ukraine.

There are no ATMs in the city, trams disappeared from the streets, and most of the shelling damaged buildings no one even tried to restore. Even with equipped facilities and ready the device model supermarkets, the hitmans can not to build a working business. Photos of  the several supermarkets, which were popular until 2014, but with the advent of the "russian world" are abandoned and looted.

In Lugansk problems with medicines

Medicines bought in Ukrainian-controlled territory are much more effective and cheaper.  

Ukrainian-made medicines have disappeared in pharmacies of the Russian-occupied city of Luhansk. "If earlier, as they say, it was necessary to know where and when it was possible to buy them, now nearly none of them is available," local residents told.

A local citizen who introduced herself as Maryna said she asked her relatives to buy Ukrainian medicines in the Ukrainian-controlled village of Stanytsia Luhanska, which is located 12 kilometers from the city. "Stanytsia saves us. The relatives buy at least [pills] for the flu and cold for my child. The price and quality are not comparable, Ukrainian ones are much more effective and cheaper [if bought in Ukrainian-controlled territory]," Maryna explained. Residents of the Russian-occupied city of Donetsk claim one can still find some Ukrainian-made medicines in the city, but they are much more expensive than others and are sold at a double price or even higher.

"Citramonum-Darnitsa [a painkiller produced by Kyiv's Darnitsa pharmaceutical plant] is available, for sure. But even this medicine is overpriced. A lot of Russian and Bulgarian [medications are available]," a resident of Donetsk, Iryna, said.

One of them was from Russia, and the other was from Moldova.

Officer of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Anatoliy Shtefan, has reported that two members of the Russian-led forces in Donbas were eliminated on July 17-18.

"On July 17, Andrei Borishpolets from Russia was killed near the town of Horlivka. The occupiers have reported about a successful shot by a sniper of [Ukraine's] Joint Forces plus the death of another militant of the illegal armed forces," Shtefan wrote on Facebook on July 19.

On July 18, a citizen of Moldova, Oleg Betian, was killed. "A terrorist from the so-called '15th international brigade' ('Pyatnashka') of Russian-led fighters. Head of the Briceni territorial organization of the Patriots of Moldova Party. Candidate to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova," he said.

The photos depict piles of scorched rubble. Earlier unpublished photos of the ruined Donetsk airport have been shared on social media. 

The images were posted by NGO Ukrainian Military Portal on Facebook.

The photos show the structures of a completely destroyed airport, broken military hardware, trip wires, an ammunition depot, remains of defensive barriers, and a church near the airport.

The airport, which was once a modern transportation hub, was destroyed in fierce battles after Russian-led forces' attempts to seize it on May 26, 2014. Ukraine's government completely lost control of the airport on January 21, 2015, after the so-called second battle of Donetsk Airport, when it was besieged for three months, three weeks and two days.

International observers spotted at "LPR" terrorists' wedding in 2016 still at work

Spirin says local interpreter Yevhenia Zimych works as a consultant to OSCE SMM Duty Officer in Luhansk region Drina Milfold.

Hromandske TV journalist Yevhen Spirin has said two members of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine who attended a wedding party organized by members of the Russian-backed "Luhansk People's Republic" ("LPR") terrorist organization in 2016 still work as part of the mission in Russian-occupied Donbas, eastern Ukraine.

"Two years ago, the OSCE said the monitors who had been spotted at the wedding of a terrorist leader's daughter were no longer working for the mission," the journalist wrote on Facebook on June 30. Spirin insists the OSCE lied because the two members of the OSCE mission still cooperate with the international organization. In particular, local interpreter Yevhenia Zimych is a consultant to OSCE SMM Duty Officer in Luhansk region Drina Milfold, he wrote.
